Promote physical and emotional well being in the years before school and beyond.
Of interest in particular to those staff who work with families with really young children and have the opportunity to support the families with issues around healthy eating/obesity on a one to one or small group basis.
Courses are practical, reflective, fun – and effective.
Research has shown that brief HENRY training resulted in increased practitioner confidence to tackle complex and sensitive lifestyle issues
