This is a chance to learn new cookery skills, socialise and gain new skills to self manage your condition.
Monthly sessions are delivered by a Health Development worker along with SOAR Health champions and Health Trainer, 1to1 support with language & signposting
Once a month: 12-2.30 – 25th November and 16th December
