SAGE Greenfingers has a vacancy for Horticultural therapy worker. to:

1) Support delivery of horticultural therapy service to adults with mental health needs, and

2) Take a lead on the maintenance and development of 3 large allotment sites.

We seek someone with minimum 3 years’ experience working with adults with mental health needs plus significant skills, experience and enthusiasm for gardening, ideally in a therapeutic horticulture context. You will join a small, highly committed team with a proven track record in delivering positive outcomes for socially excluded adults with complex needs.

Salary: £20,356 per annum pro rata (£13,479 for a 24.5 hour week)

Reviewed annually.

Hours: 24.5 hours/week

Benefits: 10% contribution to stakeholder pension
