Emotional well-being course for young people

Are you a young person aged 16-25 years old from the BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) Community?

Do you want to know how to support yourself and your friends’ Emotional Wellbeing and gain a qualification?

  • listening skills

  • how to look after yourself

  • peer support techniques

  • what is emotional well being?

  • services in Sheffield

If the answer is YES then why don’t you come along to our 4 week Emotional Wellbeing Programme.

The sessions will be held on 4 Wednesdays in March from 5pm – 7pm:

9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March

The sessions will be fun and interactive

At: Yemeni Community Association, Firvale Centre, Earl Marshall Road,
