During the Easter holidays, in partnership with Hollowford Outdoor Centre, Ellesmere youth group took a group of young people on a residential to Wales. The weather was fantastic throughout the five days even enabling everyone to withstand a dip in the sea at 8.30pm one evening! The young people reported:
In the Easter holidays 7 young people went with 2 members of staff and some instructors from Hollowford Outdoor Centre. We stayed in Barmouth in North Wales.
In the 5 days the activities we did were Climbing at Barmouth Slabs, Canoeing, Bike Riding, going to the beach, a meal at an Indian restaurant, a night walk through a forest and teambuilding games.

“The best activity was Climbing, it was something new what I tried and I found that I was good at it and I think I was the best climber there.”
