Job: Extended Services Programmes Coordinator

  • Fixed Term Contract 2 years to March 2014

  • Salary Scale OS3A Grade 6 £22,221 – £27,052 (pro rata)

  • Hours 18.5 hours per week 52 weeks per year

Firth Park is the Lead Extended School in Sheffield and has developed an excellent range of extended services including an extensive adult and family learning programme with a wide range of accredited and non accredited courses. We also have a high quality study support and enrichment programme for our students.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person with

  • A strong commitment to widening opportunity and access to learning for all ages.

  • An ability to work with a wide range of individuals of all ages, community groups and organisations.

  • An extensive knowledge of adult and family learning programmes and/or experience of developing projects with young people

  • Good project development and project management skills and experience

  • Wide experience of partnership working and commitment to working as a member of a team
