Alpha Course

Do you want to:

• Find out the basics of the Christian faith?

• Ask questions about what it means to be a Christian?

Then join us in a relaxed and informal Alpha course.

Led by Rev’d Mark Goodhand.

There will be food, conversation and laughter.

You may just find what it is you have been looking for!

The Alpha Course meets at

St Peter’s Ellesmere, Lyons Close, S4 7EP.

It begins at 7pm with a meal, followed by a talk and then discussion ending at 9.15pm.

The course will start on Thursday 8th September with the question ‘Who is Jesus?’ and continues with further questions for the following 8 weeks.

Thursday 20th October How does God guide us?

Thursday 3rd November Who is the Holy Spirit?

Thursday 10th November What does the Holy Spirit do? & How can I be filled with the Holy spirit?

Saturday 19th November 10am – 1pm How can I resist evil? & Why and how should we tell other & Does God heal today?
