Snug as a Bug

Sheffield Wildlife Trust is organising its “Snug as a Bug” event at Crabtree Ponds on the afternoon of Thursday 28th October. This half-term activity is perfect for children.

SWT says,

Give our insects a helping hand this winter and create some hibernation homes to help them feel snug as a bug over the cold winter months. Make a few for the reserve and take one home.

If you have a clay plant pot or corrugated cardboard, please bring them along for extra building materials.

Meeting point: 1pm – 3pm at Crabtree Ponds Nature Reserve, near the pond off Crabtree Close.
