Dr Mooney and Dr Hobden would like to invite you to attend for a seasonal flu vaccination. If you are over the age of 65 or have one of the following – asthma, COPD, diabetes, chronic liver or kidney disease, heart disease, stroke/tia, if you have a weakened immune system or are a carer or are currently pregnant you need to book your flu vaccination now.
We are holding drop-in clinics at both surgeries on the following days:
Burngreave:
Wednesdays 6th, 13th and 20th October
Time 8.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.
Herries Rd
Tuesdays 5th, 12th and 19th October
Time 10.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.
