Professor Gus John:
The UK’s first ever Black Director of Education. He has been involved with empowering BME communities since the 60s. A regular contributor in the Guardian and a powerful voice for change.
Professor Ros Hanifa:
Appeared in the Times Muslim Women Power List 2009 and has carried out work around cultural governance.
