An opportunity for local groups

When we relocated to Sorby House we vacated our former Head Office on Harleston Street and were able to let one of our two floors very soon after vacating the building.

We are now offering the first floor accommodation to the market and as the lease now expires in March 2011 we are prepared to consider short term occupancy of the space on highly advantageous terms for local groups.

The space comprises a large open plan office with a number of private offices off it, a small meeting room, staffroom and small office.

We would consider the letting of any of these offices to local groups so if you have a short term requirement please contact us on 0114 213 2300
