On Wednesday 28th July, SCCS will be holding a community cohesion event at the Somali Community and Cultural School. The evening will be filled with guest speakers who represent the diverse community in Sheffield.

Refreshments will be available and you will also have the opportunity to register for the courses we are delivering. Don’t miss out on this opportunity.

The event starts at 6pm and will finish at 8pm.

About SCCS courses

The Somali Community and Cultural School aim to train all people who do not have any basic qualifications. No matter which community you are from or what age you are, you can benefit from the educational services we provide.

For those who do not speak English as a first language we provide help and support throughout your course and if you haven’t been in education for a long time we strive to help you feel secure within the learning environment. Classes will be small and you will study in a very relaxed and diverse setting. Furthermore, these short courses help you to improve your skills, and give will give you the confidence to seek employment or further education. Courses will be held at the Somali Community and Cultural School which is at 247 Broomhall Street, Sheffield, S3 7SP.
