Each consultation will include:
Height, weight & BMI check
Blood pressure check
Instant blood glucose testing
Instant cholesterol testing
Lifestyle advice
Smoking cessation advice
Weight management advice
Free NHS health checks will be available at the Yemeni Community Association, 2nd Floor, Firvale Building, Earl Marshall Road
