Free family event
Museums Sheffield: Weston Park. 4th August 2010, 11am – 3.30pm.
Join us for a day celebrating our new displays in the Treasures Gallery at Museums Sheffield: Weston Park.
The displays have been created by students from ESOL classes at Sheffield’s Yemeni Community Centre (YCA), young women from the YCA after-school group and Abbeydale Grange School, and artist Mohamed Lahsoon.
See their work and join in with a range of free activities With talks on Sheba and Arwa and antiquities of Yemen, food, music, arts and crafts With Sheba and Arwa will be on display until February 2012.
