New Tenants at Sorby House

Sorby House
Sorby House

Following a long period of marketing we are pleased to announce that we have been successful in securing two new occupiers to Sorby House:

Speaking up for Advocacy

Speaking up for Advocacy joined the Sorby House occupiers on June 1st. The organisation provides advocacy to adults with a learning disability. As part of their move into the building we are undertaking some improvement works to the ground floor including the creation of a new kitchen adjacent to the Carwood Suite which will give our occupiers a larger space to meet and eat.

Khans Solicitors

Khans Solicitors who are new to Sheffield but are already established as one of West Yorkshire’s leading Solicitors practices, Khans will be mainly concentrating on Criminal Cases in South Yorkshire, it is Khans second office outside Bradford and will allow them to provide their services to a wider audience.

These two occupiers help to take our occupancy to over 63% occupied with a number of other occupiers expressing an interest in space in Sorby House so watch this space for further news about occupiers.

There is still plenty of office accommodation and Hot Desks available at Sorby House so please look at what we have to offer before you make any choice about your new premises.
