After a year of hard studying, young people from Burngreave After School Study Support Project spent the summer having fun. The Yemeni Community Association’s project took over 300 young people on well earned trips and residentials.

Day trips included visits to Go Ape, Cable water ski-ing, paintballing, rollerblading, ice skating, cinema trips, Hesley Woods, theme parks and two residentials to Kingswood Educational Centre, where everyone enjoyed the water sports and the great outdoors. It was a real opportunity for them to take part in new activities and make new friends, mixing with young people from all over the city.
