What are you telling us?

In the Burngreave ward the top issues for you were:

  • Crime and anti-social behaviour

  • Clean and tidy streets

  • The condition of the park and open spaces

  • Facilities for children and teenagers

  • The maintenance of the highways

  • Better housing

As well as identifying these issues, we also recorded your specific concerns with the intention that we will look at some simple things we can do to improve life in the area.

Some of your individual requests or concerns were:

  • CCTV or improved street lighting in the Page Hall area

  • Deterring motorbikes at Carwood and Ellesmere

  • More litter bins on school routes

  • Getting rid of fly-tipping at the garages on Whiteways Road

  • Better maintenance and more play equipment at Nottingham Cliffe park

  • Getting rid of potholes on Miles Road

  • Traffic calming on Penrith Road
