BNDfC is still providing support to local residents to access the employment market. David, Tammy and Zaheer from the old BOPPS team are still working from Sorby House to support individuals who need extra help to get into work.
The team is aiming to engage residents who might feel they are not ready for work and need some help with their skills or to gain confidence. The team can also sign post people to other support, so its worth getting in touch.
We’re also working with other voluntary sector organisations to help deliver the Future Jobs programme and we’ll also be extending our work with employers on job vacancies.
