MEND: a new fun programme for kids

Mind, Exercise, Nutrition – Do It!

Following the MEND programme run last school term, a new 10-week course will be running in Burngreave from 26th January. It's a free, fun programme for kids to become fitter, healthier and happier!

The activities are run at Verdon Recreation Centre and are aimed at children aged between 7 and 13 if they or their parents are worried they might be unhealthy or even overweight.

The Burngreave MEND Programme gets kids healthy and fit in only 10 weeks and helps them stay that way!

Programme Details

  • Dates/Times: Mondays: 5-7pm & Saturdays: 11am – 1pm

  • Starts: Monday 26th January
