Week 3: 25th February – Managing Sleep Problems

Week 4: 4th March – Carer’s Rights

Week 5: 11th March – Mental Health Services

Week 6: 18th March – Khat, Drugs & Alcohol Awareness

Week 7: 25th March – Food and Mood

Week 8: 1st April – Physical Activity & Mood

Week 9: 8th April – Positive Parenting

Includes: Light Lunch, Children’s Activity, Physical Activity, Healthy Eating, Free Complimentary Therapies
