Could an Age Concern Advocate help you get your voice heard?

Do you need help to sort out your housing or finances, your treatment or any other issue that is worrying you?

If you are 65 or over and have a mental health problem or live with a learning disability then Age Concern Sheffield's new advocacy service could give you the support you need.

We will match you with an advocate – someone who has been trained to work with you to get your voice heard. For more information or to request the support of an advocate call 0114 250 2850 or visit http://www.ageconcernsheffield.org.uk
