Job: Administrator

Salary range: £14,053 to £16,096

37 hours per week

Burngreave New Deal for Communities, now in year 8 of our 10 year programme, are looking to recruit an office administrator to provide day to day support to Managers.

Duties will include:

• monitoring projects;

• producing letters and reports on a computer;

• meeting and greeting visitors;

• general office duties as required.

If you have experience of working in an office environment, using Microsoft Office to produce letters, spreadsheets and databases;

If you have excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone;

If you can work as part of a team as well as being able work with minimum supervision – we would like to hear from you.
