More BNDFC Board Members!

The Burngreave New Deal for Communities Partnership Board has representation from community, business, voluntary & community and statutory organisations but there are still a number of vacancies which current members are very keen to fill. Partnership Board members decided to fill the vacant places by co-option and decided the criteria for co-option should be:

In selecting persons to be co-opted, the Directors shall take into account the benefits of appointing a person who through residence, occupation, employment or otherwise has special knowledge of the area or who is otherwise able by virtue of their personal or professional qualifications to make a contribution to the pursuit of the objects or the governance of the Company.
