The Government has provided £500,000 to address issues involving young people and gangs in North Sheffield which is being used to fund a “Targeted Youth Support Team” based at All Saints.
A young person speaks anonymously on the issue of gangs and the use of knives and guns.

The issue of guns and gangs came to the forefront in Sheffield and particularly Burngreave with the shooting of Jonathon Matondo at Nottingham Cliff playground in October 2007. We talk to Ronny Tucker, leader of the new ‘Targeted Youth Support Team’ set up to help divert young people from joining gangs and reduce the use of guns.
