Devon Gardens has been transformed in recent months, and on 12th July 2008, residents celebrated the success of the project so far.
New paths, seating and letter bins are in place, the new plants and flowers were blooming for the event. Children enjoyed games, and there was food for everyone. Mir Khan, from Friends of Devon Gardens said:
“There have been fantastic improvements and more people are already using the amenities. We are working with Parks and Countryside to keep it maintained. We would welcome any other ideas for additions we can make to the park.”
