Including: Arabic kebabs in tomato sauce, ajeh (pakoras), chicken dishes, suffiha (Arabic pizza), salads, falafel and chappati, humous, warak-dewehli (stuffed vine leaves), babaganoush (aubergine in tahini), fetoush (salad with toasted flat bread), and filo pastry sweets like baklawa, harissa, plus cakes made with honey, nuts, and semolina.
