Story: Gaby Spinks, with contributions from KS1 children
The Parents Group at Firs Hill School recently bought new play equipment for one of the playgrounds with funding from New Deal and the school.
“The children have been asking for something to play on for years,” said Doreen Rushforth, treasurer of the Parents Group, “It’s great seeing them all having so much fun!”
We asked the children what they thought of it, but all we managed to get out of them was:
“It’s Fantastic!”
