Come and join the healthy eating sessions; find out about the regular health walks or just pick up an information leaflet (available in many community languages).
You will also be able to discuss your health concerns and needs with Community Development & Health Workers Fatima Musa and Norah Brown Fatima and Norah will be able to support your group in organising your own health events.
The sessions are friendly, informal and fun. Come along and have a chat.

Modern Apprenticeships for All
Every Tuesday 1pm–3pm
Apprenticeships for All provides employment and training opportunities to residents of Burngreave, aged 16 – 60, who are looking for work. We have a wide range of Apprenticeship employment opportunities, covering many different areas of work (e.g. administration & IT, construction, catering, printing, plus many more).
The Apprenticeship programme includes work experience or an employment opportunity, and the option to study towards a vocational qualification. All employment opportunities and training will be directly relevant to the Apprentice's chosen area of work.

Small Grants Fund
Every Wednesday 2:00pm–4:00pm
If you have an idea for an activity or event that will benefit the local community call in to discuss your idea with Chris Dignam, Small Grants Co-ordinator. No appointment necessary. Grants of up to £5,000 are available, although larger projects may be considered.

Emotional Health and Wellbeing
Every Wednesday 2:30pm–4:00pm
The emotional wellbeing outreach service is a confidential service for Yemeni men and Pakistani women living in Burngreave. If you fall in to either of those groups and sometimes suffer from low moods; are scared or confused; have difficulty sleeping or eating and feel unable to cope with day to day life call in on Wednesday afternoon for a chat. Burngreave Literacy Campaign
Every Thursday & Friday 2.00pm until 4.00pm
Learners from the campaign on hand to supporting residents to improve literacy and recruiting and supporting adults to participate in learning, while undertaking training to improve their own skills and increase their long term employment prospects.
