Following the successful Pension Credit take-up campaign last year, local advice agencies have got together to launch a take-up campaign for low-paid workers in Burngreave.
If your answers to any of the questions below makes you think you might be missing out, then support to get what you are entitled to will be available soon:
If you’re age 22 or over, are you getting at least £5.35 an hour?
If you’re 18 are you getting at least £4.45 an hour?
If you’re 16, are you getting £3.30 an hour?
Do you have paid holidays?
Do you have a contract of employment?
Could you be getting working tax credit?
Could you be getting Child tax credit?
Pitsmoor Citizens Advice Bureau; Pakistan Advice Centre; Sheffield Advice Link, Yemeni Welfare & Advice Centre and Northern Refugee Centre will all be involved in the campaign, which will run from 26th February to 5th April. Watch out for posters in local shops and leaflets provided through schools.
