Community Link Worker

Age Concern Sheffield recently launched a new and exciting two-year project (part of the Department of Health funded Partnership for Older People’s Projects – POPPs). It aims to ensure that vulnerable and isolated older people both now and in future years have the services they need to live high quality, independent lives in their own homes.

The successful applicant will be able to work confidently with individuals, groups and organisations. You will have a flexible ‘can do’, problem solving approach, be willing to try new ways of working and be committed to learning and sharing learning. In return you will receive comprehensive training.
