Dear Resident

Alison Reid
Alison Reid

I would just like to take a couple of lines to introduce myself to you.

My name is Alison Reid and I have been with Burngreave New Deal for Communities Partnership for a couple of weeks now as the Communication Manager. Originally from London, I have lived in Sheffield for 23 years.

BNDfC would like to use these pages to keep you informed about what we are doing and provide an opportunity to discuss, in an open forum, issues which are important to you. Send me your views by either post or email and I will include in future editions – my contact details are at the bottom of this page.

You will be aware that BNDfC have purchased a number of buildings in the Burngreave area over the last couple of years. Many of you will have been at the public meetings and been a part of the consultation process that led to the purchase and proposed redevelopment of Vestry Hall and Sorby House. However, BNDfC had to move quickly over the purchase of Forum House earlier this year. The background to the purchase is detailed in the Forum House article in this section.
