Arches Housing are now on site on Catherine Road providing up to 35 new homes for sale and rent. These quality homes will be highly insulated and very ‘ecofriendly’. Prices for a two bed town house for sale could start from as little as £27k for a 25% share. Priority will be given to local residents wherever possible.
