This year’s Children’s Festive party took place on 18th December at the Spectrum Centre.
The day began its presentation of three parties in one venue by entertaining all those under eight and over five who arrived together to rush about with freshly made sandwiches and cakes.
The bouncy castle was the main attraction alongside the play bus parked at the side of the building.
Gift bearers handed out toys and gift vouchers to a happy, but subdued, older group that attended the second party for nine to twelve year olds.
There was more music and fun before moving the whole day on to the teenagers’ event.
It was opened by Listen to Us who presented the Phone Numbers game before their singers took to the stage.
Hot food and soft drinks preceded Bungreave Music Project’s talent competition round 2. This saw a close called split decision, with joint winners Cara aged 15 and Rochelle aged 16 receiving the £200 prize.
