On Wednesday 25th May, the new Guide unit on Holtwood Road had a very special event. Six of the guides, the young guide leader and the new leader all made their promises to be faithful Guides.
The presentation was followed by refreshments, that included some great cakes, for the guides and their guests.
In June the Holtwood Road Guides and Brownies took part in a national sponsored ‘Sleepover’ event, which was participated in by lots of different groups from all over the country!
The new unit started on Wednesday 13th April 2005.
The Guides meet every Wednesday at 7.30pm.
